This program targets individuals 16-21 years of age in need of occupational training, basic academic assistance and pre-employment/life skills training. Education and training consist of three components: Occupational (teaching skills necessary to be successful in most areas of employment), Basic Academic Assistance (focuses on math and reading - leading to a GED) and Work Experience/Internship (provide work experience opportunities to learn job specific skills needed to meet the participant's occupational goals).
