] Not Low Income
and
Within one or more of the following categories:
] School Dropout ] Basic Skills Deficient ] Behind one or more grade levels appropriate for age ] Pregnant/Parenting ] Disability ] Homeless or Runaway ] Offender ] "Face serious barriers to employment" |
Adult Age 18 or Over Intensive Services ] Citizen or lawfully admitted non-citizen ] Properly Registered for Selective Service Unemployed ] Received at least one core service and ] Determined to be in need of intensive services to obtain or retain employment that leads to self-sufficiency
Employed
] Received at least one core service and ] Determined to be in need of intensive services to obtain or retain employment that leads to self-sufficiency
Eligibility for Training
] Received at least one intensive service and ] In need of training to have skills and qualifications to successfully complete the selected training program and ] Training is directly linked to local employment area or area to which individuals is willing to relocate and ] Meets priority criteria (if in force) and ] Unable to obtain other sources of funding (Pell/OIG) or ] Requires assistance beyond grant to pay for training |
Dislocated Worker Age 18 or Over Intensive Services
] Citizen or lawfully admitted non-citizen ] Properly Registered for Selective Service ] Qualifies under one or more of the five reasons for dislocation Unemployed ] Received at least one core service and ] Determined to be in need of intensive services to obtain or retain employment that leads to self-sufficiency or Employed
] Received at least one core service and ] Determined to be in need of intensive services to obtain or retain employment that leads to self-sufficiency
Eligibility for Training
